Arai Renegade-V Full Face Helmet

One of the distinctive features of the Renegade-V is the characteristic frontal view of the helmet. The chin area is designed and shaped to resemble the look of a rugby player or a martial artist. But the chin bar’s aggressive design is not only for looks, it also increases the shell strength in this area. There are four slots to be found on the front of the helmet, and another total of four slots on the sides and back; all contributing to a highly effective ventilation and therefore great comfort. The side ducts remove hot air from the interior, through integrated air channels behind the cheek pads. For added comfort the four ventilation slots in the front may be opened and closed with a slide shutter on the inside. The surface of the EPS cheek pad material is treated with a noise reducing foam. This keeps the helmet quiet when the inside air passes through the air channels. The chin curtain reduces the amount of air entering the helmet. If a rider wants an even quieter ride, the optional replaceable chin cover can be mounted. The top ducts have been designed for an upright riding position, as is usual for cruiser and naked style bikes. A super fibre belt is integrated into the shell, for increased strength in the area above the eye port. An important feature for riders who demand increased protection. The Renegade-V was designed and made for riders who insist on Arai protection while enjoying their cruiser or naked motorcycles.

Features:

PB-SNC2 Shell

  • Super Fibre and other special synthetic fibres, with superb tensile strength and flexibility characteristics, developed for F-1 helmet visor panel, assembled and bonded by Arai experts, reinforcing across the forehead area (imagine the steel belts used to hold a barrel together) with a variety of carefully stacked and moulded materials. Newly developed resin creates stronger bonds between shell materials with less weight.

Eco Pure Liner

  • The fully removable interior liner system has been improved with new Eco Pure material, which helps maintain neutral acidity levels close to human skin and antibacterial consumption. With the aim of a softer, deeper and even more comfortable fit we developed a new softer liner frame material. The new liner also has adjustable temple padding that allows for a customized fit.

VAS (Variable Axis System)

  • The RX-7V has the new Variable Axis System (VAS) incorporating a moving pivot point. By combining the pin trajectory, which is based on an imaginary axis, with the two trajectories of the double pivot point slot, the shield opens and closes smoothly; even with the much lower shield mount position. A dual-function lever releases both the side cover/pod and shield pin for quick and simple shield removal.

Convenient speaker pocket

  • Built in communication systems are popular, but the problem is often that the room for a speaker is limited or just not present, causing unpleasant pressure points. The RENEGADE-V is equipped with special speaker pockets, offering room for mounting speakers without effecting comfort or fit. (Speaker not included).

Chin Cover

  • Attached to the bottom of the helmet, the new chin curtain helps to further accentuate the Egg-shape form. The curtain simultaneously blocks air intrusion from turbulent air below and increases negative pressure to enhance the exhaust function of FFS by drawing more air from the mouth area.

Facial Contour System (FCS)

  • To offer an even better snug fit and enhancing the comfort to the lower jaw, the Facial Contour System (FCS) works with a foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds, providing the necessary support without excessive pressure.

5mm ’’Peel Away’’ Ear cups/Cheek pads

  • Giving even more ability to craft the perfect fit and comfort, the cheek pads now feature a 5 mm peel away layer for added room if needed.

    Different outer shells

    • Unlike many other manufacturers Arai provides one size outer shell for each two-helmet sizes for most models. Together with different shaped outer shells for different models it is almost impossible not to find the fit you are looking for.

    1. Delivery Methods Available:

    • Standard Delivery via Australia Post or Sendle:
      We use Australia Post eParcel or Sendle for our standard delivery. We offer free standard delivery for orders over $50 to most of Australia. However, certain postal zones and specific products may incur a delivery fee. At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time frame and cost, if applicable.

    • In-Store Pickup:
      Our online office is located in Sydney. Feel free to visit us and collect your items in person.

      Pickup Timing:

      • If the order is placed before 11:30 am, the product will be available for pickup on the next business day at our office.
      • If the order is placed after 11:30 am, it will take 2 business days to arrive at our office.

      Please wait for confirmation of order receipt before coming to collect your items.

    2. Shipping Costs:

    • Free Shipping:
      We offer free shipping on most orders over $90. However, certain locations and products may not be eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart. Shipping fees are non-refundable if you return your order.

    3. Delivery Time Frames and Order Dispatch:

      • Collection and Delivery:
        Deliveries are collected each afternoon, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time frame based on your location and the shipping method selected.

      • Order Timing:
        Orders placed before 11:30 am will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed after 11:30 am will take 2 business days to   be dispatched.

      • Delivery Time Frame:
        • After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the carrier:

          • For major cities, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days.
          • For remote areas, delivery may take between 5 and 15 days.

    We strive to dispatch orders efficiently; however, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

      Orders are shipped with “signature on delivery” by default. If you have the Australia Post app, you can authorize delivery without a signature. If no one is available to sign, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

    Our change-of-mind returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law; you have consumer guarantees that we cannot limit. If the product you have ordered or received is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or is different from its description, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange upon its return.

    If you have purchased an item assessed to have a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of replacement or refund. If the item purchased is found to have a minor defect, we reserve the right to offer a free repair instead, which does not affect your rights under consumer law.

    If the product does not meet the criteria outlined in our returns policy, our returns team will contact you. You will have the option of collecting the item from our warehouse or having the item shipped to you at your own cost. Uncollected returns will be held for a period of 90 days.

    We offer the use of a prepaid label for convenience only. The cost incurred by Everest Motorcycles to ship your item will be deducted from your final refund if you have selected our free standard shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return requests or charge a restocking fee.

    We do our best to ensure correct items are sent to the customers. In rare cases where a human slip-up occurs, and the product does not accurately match the description, SKU, or name, it is the customer's duty to check the part they received is correct and fits their bike as shown on the description on the packaging. If the product has been fitted without due care, the customer may not be eligible for a return.  

    1. Return Time Frame:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • Helmets must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    2. Return Conditions:

    • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
    • Items inside the packaging must be in original condition.
    • Part numbers on returned items must be legible and undamaged.
    • Items must be received by Everest Motorcycles within 10 working days of being shipped.
    • Helmets will not be accepted for return after 7 days from delivery, except in the case of a warranty issue.

    3. Helmet Returns:

    • Returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched, or damaged in any way.
    • If we believe the helmet’s shell has been compromised, we will not accept the return.
    • Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
    • We recommend that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, you visit a local dealer for proper measurement and fitting. 

    4. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be provided. Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.
    • If a customer changes their mind and wishes to return an item, and they initially enjoyed free shipping, they will be required to pay for the cost of the original shipping as well as the return shipping costs. Our free shipping benefit is applicable only once per order; if the order is cancelled, the customer must cover this additional expense. Similarly, if the customer made an error in choosing the size, color, or part for their motorcycle and wishes to exchange it for a different item, they will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item.
    • For orders that request a refund only, the shipping costs will be deducted from the initial payment, and the payment receipts will be sent to their email.

    5. Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges:

    • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.
    • For refunds, allow 3 to 5 business days from the date Everest Motorcycles initiates the refund.
    • (Some delays may be experienced due to the movement of funds between various financial institutions).

    Note:

      • Return time frames may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please allow us additional time to process your refund/exchange in this case.

    6.  Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers:

    We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for order under 5 KG.

    7. Shipments over 5 kg

    • Deliveries exceeding 5 kg cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
    • For bulky items, our supplier may require a business address instead of a residential address, as we need to use B2B carriers for processing. We also provide a comprehensive list of Depot collection points across Australia to facilitate shipping.

    • In this returns policy, “Dangerous Goods” means those products which are a substance or article listed as a dangerous good in the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Cods, including but not limited to aerosols, explosives, flammable liquids, batteries, and the like. Under no circumstances will the Company accept the return of Dangerous Goods.
    • In the event that a product is received and that product is damaged, or the Company is otherwise at fault, then you must provide evidence of the fault to the Company via email within the Returns Period. In the event that the Company finds that the Company is at fault it may provide a replacement or credit, at its sole discretion.
