A 4K CAMERA AT YOUR FINGERTIPS ON EVERY RIDE
The 50C packs an integrated camera that is ready to capture any moment along your ride. Shoot video in 4K at 30 frames per second or take 12MP photos in still shot, burst, or time-lapse mode. When shooting in 1080p, the 50C offers electronic image stabilization at 60fps and 30fps. The camera button allows for simple one-touch recording while Voice Prompts keep you updated on the camera’s progress. With video tagging, you can save important events from a continuous loop of video recording, instantly creating highlights.

As for storage, the 50C accepts microSD cards, Class U3 and up to 128 GB (microSD card not included).

MESH & BLUETOOTH INTERCOM, CONNECT TO ANY OTHER SENA HEADSET
The 50C conveniently offers both Mesh and Bluetooth Intercom platforms, allowing users to connect with any Sena headset for rider-to-rider communication. Mesh Intercom provides robust, reliable connections and flexible intercom message routing with significant enhancements to Sena’s Mesh algorithm. Mesh offers unprecedented intercom audio quality and houses two Mesh settings, Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom and Group Mesh Intercom.

Multi-Channel Open Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) features the industry’s first Mesh Intercom™ channel system. Like standard handheld or CB radios, Mesh allows users to switch between nine different channels when operating in Open Mesh mode. Open Mesh boasts the single push of a button to click-to-connect to the Mesh intercom network. Open Mesh supports a near-limitless number of users within a range of up to 8km (with min of 6 riders @ 1.6km intervals).

For a private group conversation, 50C users can use Group Mesh Intercom mode. Group Mesh supports a private group of up to 24 participants and the same range as Open Mesh. To ensure privacy, only invited users can join the Group Mesh chat.

Traditional four-way Bluetooth Intercom mode is also an option for connecting the 50C to other Sena Bluetooth-enabled users within a 1.6km range. When connected to just one other Sena Bluetooth headset, 50C users will experience HD intercom quality.
Additionally, users can pair with a Sena Bluetooth Intercom user and ‘bridge’ them into a Mesh 2.0 intercom conversation.

The 50C offers an unprecedented audio experience with SOUND BY Harman Kardon. Both the speakers and microphone were created with the audio experts at Harman Kardon to provide world-class sound inside your motorcycle helmet. An all new microphone, which includes a newly designed sensor, offers robust performance for voice communication while riding. These premium SOUND BY Harman Kardon audio elements combine to help elevate the 50C to the ultimate Audio / Visual tool for all riders.

VOICE COMMANDS ALLOW RIDERS TO FOCUS ON THE ROAD
Voice commands allow riders to speak directly to their 50C while keeping their hands safely on the handlebars. Take control of the 50C’s functions, like answering the phone or starting a Group Mesh session. The 50C supports voice commands in 8 languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian.

Digital assistant access allows the 50C to connect to Google Assistant and Apple’s Siri with a simple voice command enabling you to tap into your smartphone’s features, including GPS navigation, music playback, voice dialing, and more. All you need to do is ask: “Hey Siri” or “Hey Google”! Looking for some entertainment on a long ride? “Hey Siri, play me a podcast.”

TAKE CONTROL WITH THE SENA MOTORCYCLES APP & CAMERA APP
The new Sena Motorcycles App gives users a way to configure the 50C’s device settings visually. Download the app to customize different settings and features on the 50C, including managing channel settings for Open Mesh remotely or setting up a private group for Group Mesh.

With the Sena Camera App, users can preview and download the footage being shot on their 50C directly on their smartphone via built-in WiFi. The Camera App also allows you to fine-tune camera settings such as video recording mode and resolution, video microphone gain, and speaker sound recording.

At Everest Motorcycles, we are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and dependable shipping experience. We have teamed up with AusPost and StarTrack to offer you a variety of shipping options at checkout, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your needs.

1. Delivery Methods Available:

  • Standard Delivery via Australia Post or Sendle:
    We use Australia Post eParcel or Sendle for our standard delivery. We offer free standard delivery for orders over $50 to most of Australia. However, certain postal zones and specific products may incur a delivery fee. At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time frame and cost, if applicable.

  • In-Store Pickup:
    Our online office is located in Sydney. Feel free to visit us and collect your items in person.

    Pickup Timing:

    • If the order is placed before 11:30 am, the product will be available for pickup on the next business day at our office.
    • If the order is placed after 11:30 am, it will take 2 business days to arrive at our office.

    Please wait for confirmation of order receipt before coming to collect your items.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on most orders over $90. However, certain locations and products may not be eligible for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery postcode and the items in your cart. Shipping fees are non-refundable if you return your order.

3. Delivery Time Frames and Order Dispatch:

    • Collection and Delivery:
      Deliveries are collected each afternoon, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. At checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time frame based on your location and the shipping method selected.

    • Order Timing:
      Orders placed before 11:30 am will be dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed after 11:30 am will take 2 business days to   be dispatched.

    • Delivery Time Frame:
      • After dispatch, the delivery time depends on the carrier:

        • For major cities, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days.
        • For remote areas, delivery may take between 5 and 15 days.

We strive to dispatch orders efficiently; however, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Orders are shipped with “signature on delivery” by default. If you have the Australia Post app, you can authorize delivery without a signature. If no one is available to sign, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel.

8. Credit Card Verification Checks:

    To combat online fraud, we conduct credit card verification checks for new customers. We will process a small random charge and request your confirmation to proceed. Once confirmed, the charge will be refunded, and your order will be processed.

9. International Orders:

  • International Shipping:
    Our website currently does not support international orders. 

Our change-of-mind returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law; you have consumer guarantees that we cannot limit. If the product you have ordered or received is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its intended purpose, or is different from its description, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange upon its return.

If you have purchased an item assessed to have a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of replacement or refund. If the item purchased is found to have a minor defect, we reserve the right to offer a free repair instead, which does not affect your rights under consumer law.

If the product does not meet the criteria outlined in our returns policy, our returns team will contact you. You will have the option of collecting the item from our warehouse or having the item shipped to you at your own cost. Uncollected returns will be held for a period of 90 days.

We offer the use of a prepaid label for convenience only. The cost incurred by Everest Motorcycles to ship your item will be deducted from your final refund if you have selected our free standard shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any return requests or charge a restocking fee.

We do our best to ensure correct items are sent to the customers. In rare cases where a human slip-up occurs, and the product does not accurately match the description, SKU, or name, it is the customer's duty to check the part they received is correct and fits their bike as shown on the description on the packaging. If the product has been fitted without due care, the customer may not be eligible for a return.  

1. Return Time Frame:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Helmets must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Items inside the packaging must be in original condition.
  • Part numbers on returned items must be legible and undamaged.
  • Items must be received by Everest Motorcycles within 10 working days of being shipped.
  • Helmets will not be accepted for return after 7 days from delivery, except in the case of a warranty issue.

3. Helmet Returns:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched, or damaged in any way.
  • If we believe the helmet’s shell has been compromised, we will not accept the return.
  • Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
  • We recommend that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, you visit a local dealer for proper measurement and fitting. 

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be provided. Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.
  • If a customer changes their mind and wishes to return an item, and they initially enjoyed free shipping, they will be required to pay for the cost of the original shipping as well as the return shipping costs. Our free shipping benefit is applicable only once per order; if the order is cancelled, the customer must cover this additional expense. Similarly, if the customer made an error in choosing the size, color, or part for their motorcycle and wishes to exchange it for a different item, they will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping the new item.
  • For orders that request a refund only, the shipping costs will be deducted from the initial payment, and the payment receipts will be sent to their email.

5. Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange or process your refund once your return has been received in store.
  • For refunds, allow 3 to 5 business days from the date Everest Motorcycles initiates the refund.
  • (Some delays may be experienced due to the movement of funds between various financial institutions).

Note:

    • Return time frames may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please allow us additional time to process your refund/exchange in this case.

6.  Delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers:

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers for order under 5 KG.

7. Shipments over 5 kg

  • Deliveries exceeding 5 kg cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • For bulky items, our supplier may require a business address instead of a residential address, as we need to use B2B carriers for processing. We also provide a comprehensive list of Depot collection points across Australia to facilitate shipping.

11. Dangerous Goods

  • In this returns policy, “Dangerous Goods” means those products which are a substance or article listed as a dangerous good in the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Cods, including but not limited to aerosols, explosives, flammable liquids, batteries, and the like. Under no circumstances will the Company accept the return of Dangerous Goods.
  • In the event that a product is received and that product is damaged, or the Company is otherwise at fault, then you must provide evidence of the fault to the Company via email within the Returns Period. In the event that the Company finds that the Company is at fault it may provide a replacement or credit, at its sole discretion.
